The jewellery ordered via the website will be made within two to four weeks, depending on each piece’s creation process.
Method of payment
You can pay for your order via PayPal, card or direct deposit.
The prices on the website include VAT.
The prices may be subjected to changes without prior notice, but the changes will not affect the orders we have already accepted. We make every effort to avoid errors.
If the right price is lower or higher than the price offered on the website, we will get in touch with the buyer.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have the right to return your order, without any penalisation or justification, within 30 days after the product delivery date.
We accept reimbursement or item exchanges.
If for any reason you want to return an item, you can do so without hassle if fewer than 30 days have elapsed from the date that appears on the package stub and the item has not been worn and is in perfect condition. The entire reimbursement will be processed in the same way as the original payment within 14 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.

You are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us if you have any complaint. Sandra Roura reserves the right to cancel any order without any liability in the following cases:
When the product and/or its stocks are not available. The price will be reimbursed.
When there are reasons to believe that the buyer is an undercover distributor.
When the registration requested by the client leads to a violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights and/or runs counter to morals or public order.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
With a personalised design, the buyer does not acquire any type of intellectual property right over this design. In the event that the design or personalisation has any kind of intellectual property rights, they will belong to Sandra Roura®.
When ordering a personalised item, all the rights that may exist are transferred to Sandra Roura.
If the transfer is not valid, via the shipment of the personalised item, the buyer is granting Sandra Roura® an exclusive, total, perpetual and free license to use the design or personalisation in the broadest sense of the word, including but not limited to copying, editing, changing, publicly displaying, digitalising, reproducing, distributing and granting sub-licenses of all or part of these rights in the way that Sandra Roura® deems suitable.
The buyer may not complain to Sandra Roura® nor to third parties in any way if a similar or identical personalisation or design is used or made.
